Cuando Cálidda, la empresa que distribuye en Lima el gas natural, nos buscó para mejorar su comunicación con el público masivo, identificamos que los más probables rechazos al gas tienen que ver con la inseguridad causada por el desconocimiento. “¿Y si explota? ¿Será tóxico?” La base de nuestra estrategia fue generar asociaciones de confianza y profesionalismo. Y quién más confiable que un ingeniero amable de la misma empresa. Es así como el “Ingeniero Sánchez” empezó a tranquilizar en breves spots los temores puntuales que habíamos identificado en el público, y a pedirles sus dudas por correo electrónico. En la vida real, la gente ha empezado a escribirle al Ingeniero, y hasta lo ha confundido con personas de carne y hueso. Ahora la campaña ya se autoalimenta: los spots seguidores responden a preguntas reales de la gente.
Cálidda es una empresa peruana que forma parte de la familia AEI / Promigas. La empresa tiene a su cargo el servicio de distribución de Gas Natural en el departamento de Lima y la Provincia Constitucional del Callao a través de gasoductos, operando bajo la concesión entregada por el estado peruano por un plazo de 33 años prorrogable.
