Gustavo Rodriguez, Creative Director

Writer and communicator. He has published with Alfaguara the novels “La furia de Aquiles” and “La risa de tu madre”, which was finalist to the Heralde de Novela Award in Spain. He also published a book of tales “Trece mentiras cortas”, as well as “Traducciones Peruanas”, which compiles his best articles published throughout the years in El Comercio. Gustavo has received countless local and international prizes and awards for his creative work in advertising. His commercials have been transmitted in European TV as part of the world’s best advertising. Some of his campaigns have mobilized his country in different opportunities: its enough to remember the one that originated “Día del Pisco” in 2003. In 2006, the National Council of Education gave him the Journalism Award in the Internet category. Indecopi has recognized him for his creative contributions to the development of our country. Gustavo is also cofounder for Proyecto Recreo, initiative focused on bringing reading to all the schools of Peru.


Daniel Olivares, Creative Editor

He studied Law at Universidad de Lima. He was an intern at Benites, Forno & Ugaz Law Firm and was a teacher assistant in procedural law at Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru. Daniel then decided to start all over again in the communication field, and spent a year as a creative intern. He then worked for two years as a creative editor in PragmaDDB, where he was awarded some prizes. He has taken some anthropological and theatre courses.


Luciano Leone, Art Director

He studied direction and graphic design at Instituto Toulousse Lautrec. He was art director at Leo Burnett, TBWA, Lowe Peru and PragmaDDB, agencies where he has received several local and international recognitions. He is currently the drummer for Autobus, Peruvian indie rock band.


Milagros Segura, Team Coordinator

Mili studied administrative assistance at Instituto Superior San Ignacio de Loyola. She worked at Calle Abogados Law Firm, and later as administrative assistant in the Office of Strategic Development, International Cooperation, and Investments of the Defensoria del Pueblo.
