Melania Fermi, Advertising and Brand Consultancy Manager

Melania majored in art at Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru and specialized in graphic design. She was web project manager at Pridem for the Telefonica Foundation. She also worked as project manager for the Red Científica Peruana in projects for OXFAM, the British Council, World Bank, CLARA (Latin American Cooperation of Advanced Networks) and USAID, among others.



Romina Giorgio, Head of Design

Majored in art at Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru and specialized in graphic design. Romina has developed projects in illustration, graphic, and web designs for several organizations, such as Norma, Pridem, Santillana, Radical, RCP.



Fernando Prieto, Head of Design

He began his professional career studying art at Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru. He then graduated as a plastic artist at La Esmeralda, a contemporary Mexican visual art school. In Mexico he developed design and advertising projects. He worked at Pegol, a brand agency that values honest and fun communication. As an artist, he has participated in several collective exhibits in Lima and Mexico DF.


Talia Venegas, Project Manager

She studied marketing in Boston and worked for two years at a non profit marketing research organization in Washington, DC. Talia is a certified yoga instructor, discipline she began practicing in 2003, and teaching in 2005. After 5 years in the US, she decided to move back to Lima, where she first worked as “the client” in several multinational organizations, until she decided to sit on the other side of the desk, as the “agency”. She was account director at Yellow BTL and Promos Latin America.


Paula Luque, Project Manager

She came from Argentina in 2003. She has been part of the production team for La Mosca S.R.L and Showbizz in a number of international events and concerts. She was a producer for Micky Gonzalez in his Etno Tronics project. She currently studies philosophy at Universidad Anotnio Ruiz de Montoya.


Jorge Cuba, Project Manager

He studied audiovisual communication at Instituto Peruano de Publicidad. For five years he worked as a producer for TV programs in Frecuencia Latina (channel 2), ATV (channel 9), and TV Peru (channel 7). He was in charge of communications for HIV campaigns at the Instituto de Educación y Salud (Institute of Health and Education), as well as in Asociación Manuela Ramos. Jorge also finished the Marketing and Sales Program at Universidad del Pacifico. He has worked as a consultant in the creative and production fields, and has assisted direction at Ekeko and Storm Films.


Ivana Zdrakovic, Project Manager

Ivana left her natal Serbia in 1995 and moved with her family to Lima. She majored in communications at Universidad de Lima, where she also worked as event organizer in the Image Department, as well as editor for the University’s magazine.


Carla Filomeno, Graphic Designer

Carla studied direction and graphic design at Instituto Toulouse-Lautrec. She worked at Nexus Technology’s advertising and marketing department, and as a graphic designer at Creatique for clients like Nextel, Ripley, Alicorp, Sissa, and Punto Visual.

Aspasia Narvaez, Project Assistant

She studied communication at Universidad de Lima. She participated as sound technician for the Internet series “Sindrome-de-esto-es-el-colmo”, that is yet to be launched. She is member of Taller 72, a group of artists dedicated to print.


Narda Alva, Team Coordinator

Narda worked as a provisional advisor at AFP Horizonte. She then studied a secretarial executive course at Escuela Margarita Cabrera. She worked at the Peruvian Automobile Association as Management Secretary, and later at Universidad de Lima in the Faculty of Systems Engineering, Grades and Titles Department.
